We use initiatives that unlock creativity, build confidence and community, and foster a lifelong connection to music.

“I learned how to collaborate with others and felt more comfortable expressing myself through music.”

We deliver week-long intensive songwriting camps, long-format music programmes exploring self-expression, songwriting, performance, self-promotion and recording, and provide paid training opportunities for young people who want to build a career in music.

We co-create all programmes with young participants and projects are delivered by a team of girls, women, trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming musicians, educators, mental health workers and volunteers.

Our work is rooted in the belief that music can be a powerful tool for personal growth and societal change.

Through collective music-making and, increasingly, leadership and professional development, we challenge inequities, create safer spaces, and cultivate a new generation of change-makers, equipping them with the tools to keep themselves well in the face of adversity.
